Mr. Garrett has more than 30 years of in-depth knowledge in market analysis, financial advisory, economic modeling, and forensic valuation. His quantitative modeling experience includes both parametric and non-parametric methods. He has diverse experience working in and completing assignments for clients in industry and government, including DoD, aerospace, computer software, transportation & trucking, forest products, natural resources, wholesale trade, retail, manufacturing, medical, financial and many others.

Mr. Garrett has testified as an expert witness in federal bankruptcy court as well as family court in the state of New York.  His assignments have included shareholder & matrimonial disputes, company valuation for federal and state income tax reporting, ownership transaction advisory and intangible asset appraisals,

Mr. Garrett holds an MPS in Natural Resource Management/Economics from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, an MBA from the George Washington University and a BBA in Finance from Temple University.

Matthew has a breadth of experience having worked in project areas including agriculture, agricultural processing, natural foods, satellite and wireless communications; precision farming, education, fintech, and renewable and sustainable energy. Recognized for successfully developing and implementing new business models; facilitating mergers and acquisitions; and establishing and maintaining International B2B relationships.

Dr. Willard holds a PhD in International Relations and Organizational Behavior, a MS in Management Science and Engineering, and a BA in Political Science all from Stanford University.

Ms. Willard is an Accomplished senior manager having been promoted through a 23-year career at Raven Industries, Inc. (a $400 million publicly traded company) from entry-level cost accountant to corporate controller. At Raven Sue was responsible for all financial reporting aspects of the company, as well as maintaining adequate internal controls over financial reporting. Directly supervised managers in the areas of general accounting, payroll, cost accounting and financial reporting. Provided information and made presentations to the company's Board of Directors, primarily the board's Audit Committee. Performed treasury functions. Completed and/or reviewed the company’s external SEC financial reporting, including the forms 8k,10Q,10k, and Management’s Discussion and Analysis.  Worked directly with outside auditors on quarterly reviews and the annual financial statement audit.

Following her tenure at Raven Ms. Willard was the Finance Director and Senior Leadership Team member of Feeding South Dakota. In her role at Feeding South Dakota Sue was responsible for the leadership and direction of all financial planning, accounting practices, analysis, reporting, and internal controls.  Manages the human resources functions for proper administration of employee benefit programs and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Worked closely with the development and operations departments on grant applications and monitoring, providing financial information and cost analysis.

Mr. Wright has more than 35 years of experience in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, agricultural finance and commercial transactions. He has made multiple appearances in state district courts, U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts, including appellate courts, throughout the Midwest. Licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa, his typical clients include lenders, non-profits, hotels, construction companies, senior living facilities, ethanol companies, farmers and businessmen. He is the former chairman of Baird Holm's Creditors' Rights Section and former chairman of the American Bar Association's subcommittee on Agricultural Finance.  He taught commercial law (UCC Article 9) at Creighton University's law school as an adjunct professor in 2016. He is also a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on a wide range of commercial law topics, including lending, insolvency, bankruptcy, business transactions, secured transactions and insurance.

Mr. Oines has spent the last 25 years launching and assisting multiple start-up companies in the region and has a special interest in financial operations, strategic business development, and mentoring entrepreneurs. In 2010, Mr. Oines co-founded Logical Energy Solutions, LLC, a wind energy repairs & maintenance provider in Sioux Falls, SD and led business and financial operations. Mr. Oines has proven experience in project management, raising start-up capital, and also assisted in launching North America’s first CDMA network. Mr. Oines completed his MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Sioux Falls.

Mr. Ryan Oines is currency the Chief Operating Officer at the USD Discovery District in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, he leads the business and financial operations for the planned future development of 26 privately developed buildings with facility construction estimated to exceed $314M. He is also the Director for the Technology Readiness Acceleration Center (TRAC) at the University of South Dakota. As a TRAC Director, Mr. Oines has developed and leads a program that pairs USD graduate students with faculty and industry inventors and trains them to be apprentices in the development and commercialization of novel technologies through education, innovations, and entrepreneurship.

Prior to his contributions at USD, Mr. Oines was the Interim Vice President at the Zeal Center for Entrepreneurship where he led facility and program operations, marketing and public relations, and strategic partnerships. Prior to accepting the role of Vice President, he was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Zeal where Mr. Oines led Zeal’s initial participation in Falls Angel Fund I in 2016, a fund dedicated to helping promising early-stage companies in South Dakota scale into successful businesses.
