As luck would have it I sat down at a different table this morning and guess what, it was also wobbly. This time I was more careful and avoided the laundry bill.
However, it struck me… where there is one loose screw there are probably more… what if you tightened one screw every day?
I work with our football coach daily and he tells his players… your goal is to get better every day, that’s why we practice. And when each of you get better every day… the team will thrive. He is right and it's right for business too.
Small corrections compound. Small improvements multiply. Small wins build solid foundations and when compounded turn into big wins.

Simple message.
